2. Rights in Uploaded Material

When you upload an image to our Image-to-Video animator or AI Image Enhancer tools, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the copyright to the image, or you have received explicit written authorization from the copyright holder to modify or animate the asset.
  • The uploaded image does not violate the personal privacy, publicity, or statutory rights of any living individual.
  • Your uploaded asset does not contain unlawful, prohibited, or defamatory material.

3. Prohibited Content and Safety Enforcement

We strictly prohibit utilizing our platform to generate:

  • Counterfeit currency, forged government identification, or deceptive financial instruments.
  • Non-consensual sexually explicit deepfakes or exploitation material.
  • Direct commercial trademark counterfeiting intended to mislead consumers.
